Emily is a Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping you move better, feel better and live better!

She is an athlete and a mom and knows how important it is to feel great so you can do all the things that you love. Emily works with high level athletes, the everyday athlete, postpartum moms and ICBC clients. She loves to educate and empower all of her clients because healing is a mind and body experience.

Emily’s fitness and kinesiology sessions are designed to help you prevent and recover from injury, improve strength and functional fitness, and have fun!

Michelle was inspired to become an RMT through her personal experiences with sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. She is an avid skier, trail runner, surfer, paddler and climber. By way of these hobbies, she understands first hand how pain and injuries can impact our passions, and moreover, our day to day lives.

Each treatment integrates a variety of techniques, including myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilization, active and passive stretching, Swedish and deep tissue massage. She enjoys incorporating an experience of tranquility and relaxation into her therapeutic treatments, whether you are coming in for injury rehabilitation, to restore body alignment, perinatal massage or stress management. She also offers therapeutic hot stone massage treatments, billable through insurance benefits.
